For parents of children with additional needs, childcare decisions can often be more complex and challenging as you consider the optimal environment for your childs support and development. At Penguin we encourage the integration of children with additional needs into mainstream settings while taking into consideration the needs of each individual child and family.

We help parents to clearly communicate their child’s needs and requirements to their provider without concerns of prejudice or discrimination. We work together with providers, parents and therapists to create a supportive plan for each child which can meet the needs of the child and align with the resources available to the provider.

Our ultimate goal is to build trust, foster partnerships, and strengthen the community as a whole.
